Simple, very good dishes, simply great ambience, ancient, beautifully restored mountain village. You definitely have to go there

During our hike of the 3 hilltop villages Corbara - Pigna - Sant Antonio, we put down our poles after walking the streets of the village of Sant Antonio in a small restaurant A Stalla on the shaded roof terrace. We had a menu and a unique dish with Brucciu and zucchini as a starter, Veal sauté with Muscat and for dessert Panacotta strawberry coulis and Pork filet mignon with honey and Corsican sauce... a real treat for the taste buds we loved it... the dishes are made by an adorable Corsican mama who is always in the kitchen for the greatest pleasure of the customers. Good products and quality cuisine didn’t change anything ❤ FYI, the establishment does not take credit cards, so be prepared... it would be a shame to miss out on such a good address 😉
