Ingenious food that if you’re are looking for for only a delicious meal but not an inspiring meal - you might not be in the right place The cuisine is just phenomenal

Already there is this large photo of Michael Jordan which welcomes us when we enter the premises and we tell ourselves that we are at the right address. It would be simple to draw an analogy between the cooking of Alexandre Mazzia and the game of the best to have graced the courts. The hake burnt with satay, raspberry and harissa is the dunk on Patrick Ewing in 91, a slap in the face, a demonstration of brute force which takes away everything in its path. The knives/eggnog is this lay-up that takes everyone by surprise, while touching against the Lakers during the NBA Finals. Certainly Alexandre Mazzia, and his dining room/kitchen team, are changing the way of conceiving gastronomy, by daring, by exploring sometimes unknown territories and for that we can only say Thank you and Bravo.

What a... moving experience! - Alexandre Miazza is a great chef, an artist full of surprises who takes you on a journey and discover explosions of flavors in his very particular universe - His cuisine is close to perfection: transmitting his smile and his human warmth to the room level , would allow AM to reach the zenith of French gastronomy

Lunch booked on December 20 for my wife's birthday in this very famous restaurant. She dreamed of going there, I only wanted to make her happy. I sent an email a few days before to ask if it was possible to have a “quiet” table knowing that the room is rather small and a response was given to me stating that my request was taken into consideration and that we would be placed as best as possible 😉 THANK YOU 🙏🏼 Arriving there we were welcomed in the best way and placed in a quiet corner, side by side for this exceptional culinary journey 🚀 Everything was perfect, some stops more appreciated than others, however the delight for the taste buds was there and very surprising. A special note for the sommelier who with all delicacy and kindness advised us perfectly and accompanied us throughout our trip. Mr. Mazzia came to greet us at the end of the service. J’ai eu la chance de diner dans de nombreux restaurants étoilés, et il est difficile de les comparer. Pourtant, cet établissement se démarque par ses explosions de saveurs en bouche. Un niveau de cuisine exceptionnel vu nul par ailleurs. Un service en salle très compétent et agréable. Ne passez pas à côté de ce chef-d’œuvre de la gastronomie française.

Un voyage magnifique avec un feu d artifice de saveurs, de couleurs,... Quelle belle soirée grâce à Monsieur Mazzia et son équipe. Merci et bravo l'artiste 😊👏👏👏

Une expérience culinaire. Mais nous n'étions pas tous d'accord en sortant de table. Les plats se sont enchaînés à un rythme effrainné. Le balet de la brigade est beau à voir. Le service aucune fausse note. Le chef est très sympathique. Mais, un déversement de goût, trop d'information, pas de pose entre deux mets. On aime et on n'aime pas. Absolument tout était très bon mais j'aurais aimé avoir le temps d'apprécier. Le menu (ou plutôt la liste) de ce que nous avons mangé nous est donné au moment de l'addition ; et prendre enfin le temps de repenser ce que nous avons mangé à la maison... Une expérience culinaire.
