The most expensive in Castres but the best, the manager thinks he's a bit of a sushi master by advising us not to put soy sauce on this or that suchi/maki... everyone sees lunch at their door for seasoning.

I went there with my boyfriend, for his first sushi experience he loved it. a gentleman explained everything to us very well, we can see that he knows everything, it’s incredible. Thanks a lot

Incredible and extremely delicious sushi! However, the friendliness of the staff could be improved; they are not very smiling and seeing them in Superdry sweatshirts is surprising in view of the upscale restaurant. The absence of music in the restaurant is regrettable, it would have helped to create a more cozy and Japanese atmosphere.

Fresh sushi and well presented, incredible service! I learned to eat sushi like in Japan in a good atmosphere. I highly recommend ! Thank you 🫶🏻

Si vous recherchez un restaurant de sushi raffiné et authentique, vous êtes à la bonne adresse. C'est simplement excellent avec un accompagnement et des explications de grande qualité. On échange et déguste avec un réel connaisseurs. Un vrai plaisir!

Vraiment excellentissime , des Sushis dignes des meilleurs Sushis du Japon : la qualité du riz, des poissons (même le saumon est incroyable) , de la vraie racine de Wasabi , une sauce soja incroyable (3 ans d'âge !). On est vraiment très très au-dessus des sushis de chaîne ou de supermarché, rien à voir. Merci encore, nous nous sommes régalés !

29/10/2023: Always a treat, I've been going there regularly for years. The sushi (or California...) are simple, good and of good size. No frills or foie gras here. It is simple and efficient. I don't give it 5 stars because we don't find original sushi like in some big cities. The owner does not advertise, nothing is displayed outside except the name of the brand. 6 tables inside, from 2 to 6 people. Too bad it's no longer open at lunchtime too.
