A very pleasant and super cool chef. A plate that cannot make you happy. Lunch prices that will make you think a lot about finding the best value for money. I highly recommend and can't wait to go back! Congratulations on this star that fell into the right pot.

Top lunch from appetizers to coffee. Good quality of products. Sublimated tastes. Matthieu dazzles us with his constantly changing cuisine in accordance with the seasons. A well-deserved first star.

A wonderful experience. We had an incredible evening and it was a perfect place to celebrate our friend’s birthday. We loved the creative dishes full of flavor and the wine pairings were spectacular. I look forward to returning.

I am revising a negative review that I left recently because I sincerely believe that very few establishments would have been able to make up for the mishaps we encountered. First of all, I would like to thank the special attention given to us during this second evening. We hope that our recognition has been well received by the room service but also by the kitchen staff. What can I say except that we had a great evening! The cuisine surprised us and was daring. From foie gras to variations of corn, including asparagus, game, sauces which we had the pleasure of refilling (special mention for the one with carrot pearls, the chef didn't lie to us, that's it). is indeed a delight)… we enjoyed a trip which was without fault of cooking. Well done ! And to accompany this, a rather generous and fair food and wine pairing was offered to us. My partner will be delighted to be able to get the Santenay, thank you for him 🙂 The atmosphere was both intimate, but warm. Soft music, attention, touch of humor... Very pleasant. I could have elaborated on the contrast we experienced between our previous evening and this newcomer, and although the team was extremely vigilant and quick to address our feedback, I like to think that we did not benefit of preferential treatment and that this attention is paid to all guests. Of course, I would like to thank each member of the team once again for doing everything possible to show us that your work is important to you. Everyone makes mistakes, it happens, but knowing how to solve them in such an elegant way is humbling. A high quality, rare, and worth keeping. Arriving at the restaurant, a welcome worthy of the place. A sober and elegant place. A caring service. Each of the dishes had a flavor, a delight that takes you elsewhere. In addition to this taste quality, a quantity on the plate which is present. A sommelier at your service to match your wine with your dish. No disappointment, everything was perfect.

I would like to say that I loved everything I would like to say that I found pleasure in eating river and lake fish while imagining the work to forget the bones of the carp. I would like to say that the corn foie gras variation pairings were excellent I would like to say that the sauce on the crusted venison was a relief I would like to say that the wines offered as accompaniments were of the best barrel I almost forgot the desserts except the little Kouign-amann praline.. And the adorable staff...available but not robot In short, I didn't give 5 stars because we will keep the last star as a souvenir for next time. Well done to the team..
