I recommend this family hostel. A hearty, generous and delicious meal at a more than reasonable price. We had a good time with friends.

Tribal meal, excellent aligot, nice setting with the village of Aubrac as decoration. The weather was good and the service perfect. You have to end the day at the Deroc waterfall to appreciate Larzac.

04/04/2024: Very warm welcome, excellent meal and service. Charming restaurant, beautiful decor, the staff is very helpful in listening to customers. Thank you for this good meal (aligot) (stretched) in front of the customers. We have good memories of our visit. THANKS !!

Restaurant les Coudercous de la Vallée

03/04/2024: In the evening stopover on the way to Compostela, what a joy to discover the Coudercous. Very pleasant welcome, very comfortable modernized room, a tasty and copious meal, based on local products and a continental breakfast buffet, all with the kindness of the owners couple and a most reasonable price, what more could you ask for.
23/03/2024: We ate at the restaurant this evening. Bravo for the warm welcome and the excellent meal. We strongly recommend.
