Nothing to say, the culinary experience is there, the cheese to be enjoyed in another room with another table gives a feeling of spending 2 evenings in one. Bonus for the meat and its exceptional sauce. Well done !

One of my best experiences in Nice

We visited Jan on March 27, and it was the first time we tried South African cuisine. They have a fresh menu every day, and it was determined by the ingredients available daily. The experience in Jan was incredible. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, to may Jan above and beyond the norm, they offer a traditional way to enjoy the cheese meal. Aside from their peer Michelin restaurants which offer cheese in a tray and let customers select and enjoy, Jan let their customers walk into another setting of a cheese bar, and served with bread, lots of fruits, nuts and jam. As an Asian, cheese is not often available in our kitchen. I had always hated the smell and the after taste of my pallet. After last night's experience, I changed my view about cheese. They taught me a lot.

Flawless. Don't take the menu, just let them surprise you this evening. They will surprise you with everything: beauty, presentation, type of dishes and, most importantly, fireworks of tastes. Just close your eyes and enjoy. Although no, then you will not see the beautiful and stylish interior of the restaurant. It's expensive, but it's worth it. It's like tickets to a gastronomic theater. What can I say... Perfection in a starred restaurant (1* Michelin). If you want to try an exceptional culinary experience this is the right place! Pay attention to prices: menus between €150 and €200 per person (drinks not included). Reservation with advance payment recommended.
