Overrated.
For me the comments really don't reflect reality.
Despite a reservation, long and unsmiling service, too much waiting, almost non-existent toiletries.

Very good restaurant with seasonal products. They enhance vegetables to help us discover different flavors, textures and presentations. The team is pleasant and welcoming. We recommend for a good evening of discovery, with friends or family.

Nice little restaurant. But the cuisine does not highlight plant-based cuisine. Not very gourmet gourmet all that.
Little advice: stop using tofu or seitan as soon as we talk about vegan dishes, it's sad.

Event though the restaurant was quite busy, the hostess took her time to have a chat, recommend some good vines and also spots to check out around town. The food was phenomenal and really innovative. There were some vegetables in consistencies I had never heard of and every thing tasted amazing. I couldn't help but smile through the whole meal. I also really loved the open and kind atmosphere of everybody. We had a really great time here and will come again.

Since we started cooking organic vegetarian food, I'm used to saying of each restaurant we visit: "It's not as good as at home!" Well the beautiful green one has just put an end to this adage. We appreciated the flavors, the mixture of aromas, the quality and freshness of the products, the quantity. But also the welcome despite compulsory reservations. As places are limited, I shouldn't recommend to have some room for next time :-).
