Superb restaurant. Very good dishes, with good quality products, really well cooked. Flavors and originality await you. The server is very welcoming and attentive. A restaurant that stands out! I highly recommend.

We came yesterday as a tourist and very honestly I recommend it for those who have an open mind about cooking and the mixture of taste and flavor, for my part I loved it it was excellent and even better when you know that All products are local, from fruit drinks to vegetables, meat and bread. Very happy to have finally tasted the cuisine of Xavier Koenig who had impressed us on Top Chef. 2 menus to choose from, local and seasonal, delicately cooked. Very warm service, original and well combined wines. We will keep fond memories of it. Downside is the room is really not very pretty, and out of step with the audacity and elegance of the dishes and wines. Good luck to the young team.

Simply exceptional service and cuisine for the price! A 6-course “From the Chef” menu which was simply extra! 138€ for the chef's menu, cheese platter, coffee and a food and wine pairing (4 white and 1 red) which is really "inexpensive" for the quality of the moment spent! The server is very attentive to his customers, which is great! A good presentation of the dishes and wines, this restaurant deserves a Michelin star.

3 formulas with fish and meat and 1 vegetable formula each at 50€, we don't feel robbed, far from it. The dishes are fair, controlled, light and tasty. The service is efficient, fast and friendly. A very nice address in Colmar for this small restaurant very health and organic oriented. Perfectly in tune with the times, we will come back without hesitation.

More of a bistro (in the noble sense of the word) than a restaurant, in a warm setting, where you feel good, a friendly welcome and service and fine, creative cuisine with beautiful combinations. The Business menu for February 6 offered a “trout” theme, which we really appreciated, and a nice choice of organic and natural wines by the glass to accompany the dishes. Address to recommend!

As far as I am concerned, I always use this address, where the products are of high quality and extremely tasty. This afternoon, I had four boxes of cakes made up, and was served by a saleswoman of extreme delicacy, politeness and kindness that I would like to emphasize. When I asked her her nickname, she told me Grace! Sincerely, the first name was chosen, and I wanted to congratulate the management for their choice of caring and competent staff. A totally satisfied customer.

22/03/2024: The first evening we went to eat at a restaurant that accepts holiday vouchers, a great meal as proof we returned the next day well done for the welcome, the service and the meal it is rare today to have all these things together thank you
18/03/2024: It is a place where the details of the decoration will catch your eye at each level, whether in the front or in the back room. I really liked the atmosphere brought by the decor. It's a bit noisy when the restaurant is full. The menu is diverse, from hamburgers to fajitas. We had a good time in this establishment.
