Delicious food! Was the highlight of our week in the region. Every dish was superb and can’t recommend it highly enough. Atmosphere was relaxed and service was great

Accustomed to this restaurant, we are disappointed by the quality of service. The former waiter was so good, discreet, smiling! but there we had the impression of being a nuisance....no smile, no enthusiasm to present the dishes, waitress on her cell phone for half the service...it's a shame the dishes are still just as good.

J'ai eu le plaisir de dîner dans ce restaurant en ce début d'année. Tout était parfait que ce soit l'accueil, le service et l'ensemble des plats. Les saveurs étaient exquises et les assiettes très bien travaillées. Un grand merci au chef ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Les plats sont bons, la cuisine vitrée sur 2 côtés rassure et la quantité est adaptée. Des erreurs dans le vin non rattrapés au moment de l'addition et une légère carence en sourire laissent une note amère sur un repas qui aurait pu mériter 5 sans ça.

Très bonne expérience. La cuisine est raffinée et les plats élégants, nous avons passé un super moment. Un grand merci pour l’adaptation des plats pour ma femme. À très bientôt !

L'Institut Restaurant

06/04/2024: I told our table service in-charge that - I should have booked L'Institut for all the dinner of my Lyon stay. Food, service, enviornment are beautifully delighting, and of high calibre. Even our neighbour diners are gentlewoman and man. We enjoyed it so much. The foie gras is of very high quality, poached in red wine so carrying aroma and pink edges when sliced, not fatty I like it. The roasted prawns on mushrooms tartare also open up stomachs with nice dressing. The slow-cooked beefchuck is not my cup of tea though. My mother liked to make a long-boiled soup with the front underarm meat of pork (not sure it is shoulder inclusive). Well I'm talking about a different meat, but it is what it comes to my mind the slow-cooked red meat more preferred. Overall the experience is five-star!!!! Price is affordable, all-round of good value, at Bellcour a district you won't miss in Lyon. Salut to the restaruant teams.
