Not as good as I expected, esp for a three-star michilin restaurant. Aspects that disappoits me (compared to other three-star restaurants) include it's subpar service

The ambiance and service are both great. Langouste is delicious, but most of the seasonings in the lunch set are sour. It always feels sour and sour. I don’t understand why it is paired like this.

Modern French food, with unique dishes like squid ink pasta with caviar. All served in a grand, traditional dining room. Staff very accommodating.

Memorable dinner with the whole family with the 7 course tasting menu. The food was accompanied by a booklet explaining the inspiration behind the dishes, which were a combination of French (Britany) with global influences. The different tastes evoked were mind-blowing, though the seafood theme may not appeal to all. Some of the dishes, like the squid pasta and ‘double carrot’, were innovative, tasty and fresh.

The restaurant is located very close to the Champs Élysées, in the heart of tourist Paris, and housed in a very chic hotel, which matches the decoration of the restaurant.
This one is very comfortable with well-spaced tables and perfect armchairs.
Enough to enjoy the menus of the chef who manages to surprise us.
First with its delicious carrot cooked in lime, then with its delicate artichokes.
The langoustines are delicately accompanied by their juice and small delicate vegetables.
A light and successful dessert too.

The menu was incredibly refined and delicious, the service was impeccable, the ambience beautiful. One of the best culinary experiences I've had in the past years. Third Michelin star well deserved (and should be updated on this site)!

Une chance de pouvoir déjeuner dans un pareil endroit : le décor ,la vaisselle, le personnel, les plats proposés, tout est exceptionnel. Même la fameuse carotte farcie à la carotte est incroyable de saveur originale ! Le seul petit point négatif, l'enchaînement des plats un peu rapide,des petites pauses seraient bienvenues pour integrer tout le plaisir contenu dans le plat précédent. Bravo.21/20 me semble être la note minimum
