Great experience, refinement on all points: decor, atmosphere, service and above all the quality of the meal. Nothing to criticize.

Amazing experience!The menu was incredibly refined and delicious, the service was impeccable, the ambience beautiful. One of the best culinary experiences I've had in the past years. Third Michelin star well deserved!

Implacable service as you would expect from a 2 Michelin starred restaurant. Reservation was confirmed via the phone call which I sadly missed at work and followed up with the text message checking any special celebration or dietary requirements. All dishes were beautifully presented and we chose the 7 courses inspired by the home town where the chef is from. The outstanding dish was the mackerel, one of my favourite dishes from the tasting menu and the abalone. Personally I'm not a fan of any sugar in my food, and I don't eat any confectionery normally. So the carrot dish was my least favourite one and I didn't like any dessert this was purely my own personal preference. As we were heading back to London after lunch we chose to have a bottle of Krug with our meal and it paired very nicely with all the dishes. Overall, great service and great food. Didn't disappoint at all.

I was able to enjoy a rich time while immersing myself in the decorations of Napoleon III. The interior is calming and gorgeous with a hint of bitterness. The cuisine is classic French cuisine. Refreshing champagne. The service was delayed, so even though I requested urgent service at a slightly unreasonable time, the service was delivered on time and without making me feel rushed. In terms of interior design and food, it's probably more suited for business or Father's Day than a date. It was a pleasant meal. --- June 2022 Repeat It's been a while since I've been here, and I was very disappointed with some of the appetizers and especially the main dish, the pigeon dish. First of all, the bloody red pigeon meat stood out in the almost green-looking soup, a contrast that made Japanese people hesitant to try it. The taste is the bitterness of the soup and the herbal taste? It was strong and did not match the flavor of the meat. I was very disappointed when I ate there before, as it was very delicious and I had high expectations. The service was very good. They accommodated the slightly selfish requests of the Japanese people, and the meal was pleasant from beginning to end. I haven't been to the store since then, but since it's been a while, I'd like to try it again.

A stunning restaurant from start to finish. I'm a regular at fine dining restaurants and out of everything I've tried so far, Le Gabriel is number one on my gourmet list. I'm quite picky with legumes in gourmet dishes (a few bad experiences), but the carrots and artichokes at Le Gabriel were one of my favorite dishes, wonderful. The decoration is perfect and the chef is very friendly with all the tables. See you soon.

さすがパリの星つきレストラン！と感じさせてくれた料理でした。 オマールの一皿は備長炭で火入れされているらしく「絶品」でした。 1週間前にキャンセル待ちで予約したら2日前に電話があり、運良く伺うことができました。

남자 둘이 가면 식사 후 답례품을 받지 못한다는 사실을 문을 나선 뒤에야 알 수 있었습니다. 미리 알았더라면 덜 창피했을 것입니다.

Dans un cadre chic le restaurant " Le Gabriel" se démarque avec une cuisine recherchée, Inventive avec des techniques de cuisson hors du commun. Un moment inoubliable avec un service efficace souriant et bienveillant. Bravo à toute l'équipe !

Local aconchegante, acolhedor e intimista, poucas mesas, ambiente calmo pra apreciar uma boa comida. Carta de vinhos seleta, apenas vinhos muito bons, equipe cordial, extremamente atenciosos, e ao servir cada prato, impressão que temos eh a que sempre deveríamos ter! Impressionante apresentação de cada prato, o cheirinho ao colocar os molhos… não tem como descrever a experiência gastronômica incrível que é conhecer e poder saborear os pratos do Chef! E ao final… ainda ganhamos um bolo de limão tentador e delicioso! Recomendo muito. Façam reserva antecipada, e reservem tempo para poder saborear cada prato como deve ser saboreado!
