A small restaurant with a pretty old-style decorated setting, divided into 2 small rooms. The price of the 3-course menu has increased significantly compared to other photos posted by other users (45€ instead of 39€), hence the expectations in proportion! Special mention to the snail gougere as a starter (a little lukewarm though). Very good piece of beef served at a temperature that was a little too warm as well. The lamb shoulder really had a lot of fat - too bad - and the desserts were a little disappointing (starchy Parisian flan, tasty crème brûlée but a little too liquid texture, decent semi-cooked chocolate). The service is quite good, however, and the wine list offers some lovely vintages. It lacks a bit of attention to detail to make this a very good restaurant worth the price of the menu.

My husband and I were visiting France for the first time, and we happened across this restaurant while looking for French cuisine in the area, and I'm so glad that we did. They were all booked for the evening with reservations, but since we arrived early (around 6pm -- apparently most locals eat late) they were kind enough to squeeze us in. Not only was the staff very friendly, but the food was absolutely delicious. Definitely the best meal we had on our whole trip. The atmosphere is very cozy, and the restaurant opens up in the back with additional seating.

This is a must visit for home-cooked amazing quality French style meals. Each course was just perfect and the wines worked beautifully. If you are in Paris, book here for your next meal.

I visited by myself, but the French was the best. It was already full an hour after opening at 7pm on Friday. The food was delicious, but above all, the bill was surprisingly reasonable. (I drank beer, two glasses of wine, and an after-dinner drink, but the bill was still double digits.) Since there are not many seats available, we recommend making a reservation before visiting. It was amazing food, wine and the cost. I enjoyed too much, even I visited alone. You will definitely find what a good staff and good service they have.

I had high expectations because of the high ratings, but it wasn't bad. I'm not yet used to European prices, so I'm not sure if it tastes as good as the price... I went alone and ordered risotto, beef bourguignon, and creme brulee, but I was too full. The risotto was topped with 4 shrimp, tasted like olive oil, and was reasonably greasy and delicious. Beef Bourguignon is just braised ribs without oil, but it loses a bit of the oil and sweetness and has a slightly sour taste. Personally, I think braised ribs would be more delicious since it's Korean food, but the soup is rich and worth trying at least once. Creme Brulee is a custard-like cream topped with dalgona. The texture of the two is completely different, so I don't personally like it. If the food was this good, I wanted to give it 5 stars, but I saw them wiping the table with a dishcloth that had fallen on the floor... The staff seemed friendly, but it was a bit disappointing.
