À great place with creative artisanal French cuisine. It tasted fantastic and the decoration is very well tasted. Also I recommend greatly beers there. The service is very gentle and also speaks English. There is English menu as well, which shows great openness of the owner.

Without a doubt the best address in Saint-Malo. A warm welcome around original and tasty dishes. We had a great time away from the other "ordinary" restaurants, congratulations to the team 😉

Impeccable service that listens to its customers. The quality of the products is a delight! The Haddock Brandade is delicious, I highly recommend it! A very nice discovery. Thanks to the chef!

I returned to Le Flibustier a year and a half after my first visit, still as good and a very friendly boss. I ate a Normandy tartiflette and enjoyed it. Apparently full circuit short, well done!

Great restaurant, the welcome was pleasant and warm even though we had not reserved and it was full. Top cuisine with regional and seasonal products, the owner knows his products and talks about them with passion. All this for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend.

06/04/2024: We had an excellent evening at Bistrot de Jean. First of all: the warm welcome from the team, the tastefully decorated place and above all… the quality of the cuisine!!! We feasted. Fresh and local products. Careful knowledge of the menu by the friendly waiter. It was difficult to make a choice, we took as many different dishes as possible per person to be able to taste as many as possible. Even the dressing was perfect! Best restaurant we've had in the area! Thank you all for the quality of your work, we will be back!
01/04/2024: A restaurant not to be missed in St Malo. Both sophisticated in the dishes and completely simple in the welcome of the owners. Fish with spelled risotto is delicious👍 See you soon!

04/04/2024: Small restaurants that live up to their name! We feasted An address to remember and recommend without hesitation!
23/03/2024: A small restaurant where you have to go in Saint Malo. Excellent grilled cuisine, impeccable service, the owner and the waitress are very friendly. Superb plate of tapas as a starter and duck breasts for us. It was hearty and succulent. Our neighbors' meat plates weren't bad at all either.
