Les Gourmands de Notre Dame sur Paris

19/07/2023: I ate there in 2017, there was a lot of choice at the buffet, with unlimited starters, main courses, side dishes, and desserts!! I went back in 2023, and there is no longer a buffet, you still have to order from the all-you-can-eat menu but they only bring us what suits them. They may be afraid that we won't finish our plates and that we'll waste it, but we returned each of our plates empty. Each time we ordered again the lady would not bring us until other people at the table were eating. The others must have starved while waiting. The lady said several times that the sashimi was arriving even though we ordered sushi 3 times in the meantime and they arrived the pieces of salmon WITH RICE. But the sashimi have been arriving for an hour... She always tried to keep the conversation going whenever we talked about sashimi, so we ended up understanding that she didn't want to bring them so that it would save them money.
