Exceptional! Too bad the limit is 5 stars because having already given 5 stars to a few restaurants this is the real one without fault. Ultra dedicated room crew. Exceptional dishes. Starter based on oysters, scallops and truffles. Dishes around langoustine (with spices, tempura) and floating island-style dessert (ice cream, candied citrus fruits and custard) were on the program this lunchtime.

Food is disappointing: very (very) small portion, nothing interesting and sometimes not even good.
Wine list is interesting, atmosphere is really nice and the service amazing.
The price reflects how much a restaurant can be a business when using a name...

A cordial and efficient service.
Succulent dishes... perfect egg with langoustines and cauliflower, blue lobster fricassee...

A little disappointed overall for a starred restaurant. The quality does not match the price, for example the lobster is tasteless even if the bisque that accompanies it is delicious, the chocolate dessert looks like 2 large squares that are difficult to finish.
The place and service is standard.
I was pleasantly surprised by the aperitif appetizers.

A restaurant not to be missed! The staff is very attentive and friendly (all of them really), the cuisine is extremely refined, we really enjoyed ourselves, in short, a perfect dinner!
