Probably the best meal in 2 weeks after travelling to Monaco, Cassis, Saint Tropez and Nice. The owner is a wonderful gent who went thru his entire menu and explained each dish. We also were treated to several olive oil tastings as that is his primary business.
Small place with tables inside and out. Very comfortable. Generous portions. Wonderful service.
Would definitely recommend.

Delicious food and a friendly staff make Oliviera a delightful place to eat. Be aware it is cash only. I can recommend the lentils and sausage dish. Also tried the pesto and ravioli in pork stew. Owner is very friendly. Olive oil is outstanding.

If you go to Nice, you MUST have a meal in this most charming, intimate, authentic, family owned and operated restaurant in the Old Town. Oliveira offers delicious food that is culturally and seasonally wonderful, and made from the heart with amazing local ingredients (ah, the tomatoes, and of course the olive oils) that will delight your tastebuds and touch your soul.

A lovely space. We just dropped in, without booking. Was early evening, so still not busy.
The menu was easy to navigate and very descriptive. My partner has intolerances and allergies, which didn’t phase the staff at all. As most things are made fresh, they were able to modify and accommodate easily. Staff were on the ball, but not in anyway overbearing. Atmosphere was very calming and relaxed.
An amazing display of real plants on the way to the restrooms (a few fake plants dotted around, but didn’t look tacky at all, they blended in well).
Prices were reasonable, we had a main, two starters, a side dish and two soft drinks for about £75 (included a 12.5% service charge).
Happy to recommend.

Stopped here in the evening for a mozzarella and fig salad and got chatting to the owner who is passionate and articulate about the oils that he sells and the food he serves. I came back the next day to have lunch and I had the most delicious rabbit dish you could imagine. The owner looks a bit like Santa and I’ve never seen him and Santa in the same room together. Now we know what he does when it’s not Christmas!!

We found the small authentic restaurant in the old town, where we were warmly welcomed. It was exciting to taste different olive oils and simple local dishes made from local ingredients that suit the season.

One of our favourite places in Nice. Perfect for a long leisurely lunch. The owner services all the tables and provides detailed descriptions of the menu which is quite small but carries great choices including good vegetarian options.
Food is prepared in the open kitchen and everything is beautifully fresh.
As per the name, there is an olive oil to go with every dish - including dessert!
Take some time out of your day, relax and enjoy this wonderful little bistro.

Nous avons découvert cet établissement grâce à des amis qui nous y ont invités. Les assiettes sont bien dressées et les portions très correctes. Le restaurateur nous arrose tous nos plats d huiles d olives différentes et nous fait l article en même temps. Accueil très chaleureux. Une jolie découverte quoique un peu chère à mon humble avis.
