Popelini sur Paris

While this is a new take on Choux pastries, I couldn't shake the feeling that it was a mix of macaron and Choux that I was indulging in. Perhaps it's due to its petite size, but it's incredibly convenient to eat, especially if you're not looking to indulge too much. I tried the Choux of the day, which had a delightful hint of pineapple and mango. It was tasty, although I found there to be a bit too much cream for my liking. My absolute favorite, however, was the Pomme Tatin. It was beautifully flavored and perfectly balanced. Well done!

The best small dessert anyone can have. Must try!

I didn’t know what to expect at first but after the first bite i was in love. It’s like a financier with a crème filling. Highly recommend the passionfruit and the rose framboise. Surprisingly light.
