Really nice, small, intimate restaurant whose chef tailors your meal to what you like to eat based on a questionnaire you complete. The service is excellent. It's clear why it's a 1-star. We will return in June.

A restaurant that ticks all the star boxes: welcome, service, setting, cuisine. However, a big disappointment in terms of quality/price/originality. Everything we were able to taste was excellent but without any real originality. When we eat in this type of restaurant, we look for a wow on several dishes, unexpected associations, discoveries. What we didn't find here! The 3 desserts are served at the same time, without an announced order of tasting, although that would have been wise (finishing with a dessert, as excellent as it may be, made with cheese is a shame!). Second negative point is the wine service. We agreed on 6 glasses, the wine was brought to us and the appellation, the name of the estate and the grape variety were announced. But that stops there, no further explanations about the winery or why the sommelier chose this wine to accompany this dish. It’s a shame, you might as well choose a bottle! In short, I cannot give less than 4 stars because the dishes are fair, well presented and everything is well done. But the star is really fragile, I will not repeat the experience, there are restaurants with more surprises for a much more attractive price (the bill is very high compared to other starred restaurants, even in Paris!).

Very good restaurant, refined in decor and dishes but does not deserve a star. Some dishes lack seasoning, the dishes are not up to standard, no wine list or sommelier to advise us, wines offered then finally changed because there is not enough left for two glasses... We have Very good dinner but the Michelin star is found more on the bill than in the culinary experience.

We did not go to this restaurant in the end because the booking service was questionable. I made online reservation and an inquiry two months ago. I did not hear from the restaurant. Called restaurant and I was hung up after asking if he spoke English. Called two more times and was told no reservation found even though I received Email confirmation. Was asked to forward the Email to the restaurant. Wanted to bring my toddler to enjoy kids menu but a little too cumbersome…cancelling online from the confirmation Email was easy at least.

A simply magnificent restaurant 🤩 I love it! I've been taking my clients there for years and I love the decor, the service... I recommend it with my eyes closed.

An extraordinary series of flavor and texture combinations make this a can’t miss experience if you are looking for a reasonably priced one star experience in Paris. Impeccable service and a short but excellent wine list and wine pairing available complement the food journey. We had the six course tasting menu where each dish was a discovery and the dessert course was in fact the completely different creations, one based on chocolate, one on sunchokes and one on pineapple. The lamb sauce featured salty seaweed. Delicious and innovative throughout.

Une cuisine sobre, subtile avec des saveurs mnésiques Un service impeccable, d'une gentillesse hors pair Et sans ostracisme Une ambiance raffinée.. Que demander de plus... Ne pas se priver et y aller, y retourner..
