What moment!!! We came to celebrate my birthday as a couple: everything was perfect! Well done! Simple, very well sourced products cooked with impeccable sauces, emulsions or sabayons. I loved. Thanks to the whole team!

Good restaurant. A few very nice creative dishes (the white asparagus for example) but a bit hard to understand the hype and competition for tables. Also very underwhelmed by the recommendations on wine

We had the winter lunch menu and had a great experience. No complaints about any dishes served (except maybe the sweetbreads which we weren't a fan of but it was prepared well). The dishes themselves were interesting, nicely plated and generously portioned for a lunch seating. Despite it being a winter menu, the theme was overall very light and refreshing. Our favourite course had to be the dessert which was an amazing pear sorbet with almond granité The service was attentive though I wish they spent a bit more time explaining the dishes. Great drink selection. I especially enjoyed their house water infusion as a non-alcoholic option

Septime came highly recommended as a must try when in Paris, and perhaps we felt let down as the expectations were set too high. There are loads of exceptional restaurants in Paris with better food and service at much more reasonable price points. Note: Lunch bookings are five courses vs seven for dinner service. Reservation process: We had to stalk the page ~three weeks out to even try to book a spot, and finally managed to eek a booking in during a lunch midweek for four people. Service: Calling this out first as it was not the greatest. When you enter the restaurant, you are greeted as if you’ve stepped into the wrong restaurant and you don’t have a reservation. But once it’s clear a reservation was made, we were seated quickly, though at a family style table which we ended up sharing with three others. Food was meant to be staggered, but ours was a little too staggered with large gaps of time in between, particularly when compared to the three folks that were seated well after our third course. They caught up to our fourth course quickly. Food: Some of the dishes were interesting and delicious – the bread roll to start and the tempura dish. And they were certainly pretty to photograph, but nothing was extraordinary/blow your socks off. Atmosphere: For some reason, the place came off cold and unfriendly. Perhaps it was the rigidity of the wait staff, or the general unfriendliness. Overall: If we had to do all over again, we’d pass on this and spend far less for far more in taste and service elsewhere. Again, not terrible, just did not live up to the hype. Set your expectations accordingly.

The food was very good but didn’t blow our mind as could have been expected given how hard it was to get a reservation for this place. The real downer was the service, though. The sommelier from Indiana was outright rude to some parties at our table. We are still not sure why but assume it’s because one of us had the nerve to say something slightly critical about one the wines from the wine tasting… A sommelier is there to enhance a dining experience, and if a customer has something critical to say, they should engage to see if an improvement can be made instead of rolling their eyes and talking down to their customers. This ruined the (rather expensive) experience for us, and from reading prior reviews, we unfortunately don’t seem to be the first ones to whom this has happened. If the service industry isn’t for you, maybe you should be looking for a different job.

A timeless meal… A nameless kindness from all the team, a refined cuisine where we see the quality of the product, and each of them is highlighted. But then the icing on the cake for my part I rarely find the big pieces good and the ones nothing to say. I rarely like red wine and this was divine. And the wine pairing was exceptional, rarely seen so good.. Small disappointment with the cheese, but forget about it because the rest was so wonderful! A big thank you to you for this timeless moment… keep it up

Outstanding! This was our second visit and the experience was incredible! All the dishes are well balanced and with lots of flavor. The wine pairing is a must. All the wine references are unique and a perfect match for each dish. Staff is very attentive and friendly.

Especially noticeable for their ability to find good wine for a non-nature wine lover 🍷

Extraordinary experience. The cuisine is really becoming more and more accomplished and interesting. The wine pairing is really very, very good. It allows for great discoveries. It's a bit complicated to get a table on the day and time of your choice. But afterward, it's just happiness.
