31/03/2024: Recently I ordered Thiéboudiène (Senegalese fish rice) to take away and I was so disappointed that I threw it all in the trash. The rice is bland and sometimes crunchy and almost black in color. I think it’s rice that isn’t even from the day before the day I ordered it. The fish and vegetables are brown, as if they had been soaking for days in the accompanying almost blackish sauce. It’s really a shame; therefore, I do not recommend eating Thiéboudiène coming from the kitchen of this restaurant. On the other hand, the Yassa chicken dish deserves 3 stars out of 5.
29/03/2024: A very nice little street in the Marais. A small restaurant with charming decor. Excellent cuisine, with very generous portions. You have to go there without hesitation!

05/04/2024: The welcome was perfect and the food just as much.
I had a delicious mafé and my friends had a truly incredible tieb. Well done
01/04/2024: Absolutely adorable place with a very warm atsmophere. The madame serving does not know English very well but tries her best to communicate - and other customers also help out.
The food was terrific and came in sizable portions. The hostess also offered us some great drinks.
In summary a warm place with nice music, food and service.

18/01/2024: I am attached to this place. This is where I came with my friends. This is where we told each other our latest stories. One day we cut ties. And everyone continued to return to Djoliba. I know it. I felt their presence. The dishes were so good and comforting. So I decided to make this place: my current partner’s very first restaurant. He liked ! So much so that chicken yassa has become his favorite dish. I try to cook it for him, we make restaurants but it will never be as good as Djoliba. Never.
