Care given to every detail.
The dishes are delicate even in their vegetarian version, the sequence is perfectly delivered as is the wine accompaniment.
Finally, I would like to add that although it may be fine and tasty, it really does have the feeling of a hearty meal... you feel nourished and the contract of a journey of the senses is perfectly fulfilled!
28/03/2024: Very nice discovery of this restaurant which offers high quality dishes, made from local products which allowed us to discover incredible flavors and sumptuous combinations.
We enjoyed an original and perfectly adapted food and wine pairing.
A warm welcome, the comfort of a small lounge, efficient service provided by the chef and his assistant, offered us a wonderful evening with a nice discussion on the dishes and the products used.
A great surprise.
