22/03/2024: Good food but the prices are a little expensive, perhaps due to the proximity of the slopes. Children's menus also priced too high, compared to what is served. Certainly, the food is good there, it's good but disappointed by the prices that are too high for melted cheese/cold meats. So we forgot the dessert menu because with 6 of us, we went well beyond the usual budget.
18/03/2024: Passing through this restaurant to eat, the choice was made on recommendation, despite the very cold and unpleasant welcome from the owners despite the waiter's desire to find a solution... well, it's a shame to have such a welcome in such a beautiful village. We found our happiness on Lelex (Le Dahu) where the catering is excellent and a welcome with a smile! Obviously I don't recommend the potato chip

18/03/2024: Great stay at the foot of the slopes you can do without a car all week! Welcoming and attentive staff and meals that were more than good and very plentiful, so well done we had a good week there but with not much snow!
14/03/2024: I highly recommend this restaurant because the food is very good and plentiful for very good value for money. With a very warm welcome and very attentive to the customer.

18/03/2024: I had been to this establishment several times and really liked it...that's why my children gave me a gift voucher for 2 people for last Mother's Day.Unfortunately, for different reasons, including a long illness due to due to covid, the deadline has been passed! The voucher is only valid for 6 months! I tried to plead my case (visited twice, emails, 2 of which I never received a response to!), without success... such intransigence sickens me! even offering to pay the price difference, if applicable, not the slightest arrangement was accepted! I find this rigid attitude very dishonest: the service covered by the gift voucher (the most luxurious...), was cashed, shamelessly...
reading the comments on this site, I see that I am not the only one to have been the victim of the same mishap! Not very honest nor very professional for an establishment of this category!!!

11/03/2024: Be careful, the premium room with balcony does not give you the right to the magnificent view, yet the price suggests 329€/night😬... The toilets are not separate, no window or ventilation, it is inconvenient for a “luxury” hotel. No service +, no pastry with tea, no massage even though their website indicates it, so we sleep and eat nothing. Very disappointing for a 4 star. I'm a vegetarian, I'm offered ravioli with chicken broth 😲🙄 despite all the staff are smiling, the waiters and waitresses are very friendly, that's already it 😉
