04/04/2024: I know this franchise perfectly, having had several professional experiences in the past as a student, but despite the facilities put in place for many years, it is difficult to have a complete order in a reasonable time for a fast food restaurant. Today, once again, I have 2 orders in the same car for around thirty euros each. I ended up with 10 drinks instead of 7, fries to make again but which were not made again after 40 minutes of waiting at the drive-thru on a Wednesday evening where no one was in the dining room and just a car in front of me at the drive-thru. It should be noted that both orders were made and paid for via the McDonald's app, all that was left to do was scan. Teammates overwhelmed, and the manager who took over the controls to check if it was good gave me the same thing again then parked me after so much waiting time! Suffice it to say that when we arrived in Villers-Cotterets itself, everything was cold! The advantage is to have had extra drinks mixed with water and sauces, usually paid for, which we had in abundance! Payment/scan time at the terminal 9:41 p.m. Departure time for the drive with bags: 10:25 p.m.! When it's not the fries that we make with the drinks, it's the ice cream, so that it's already done rather than thinking in good intelligence and above all in good logic. Yet they themselves are customers of this type of franchise and reproduce what they would not accept being done to them. Staggering!

02/04/2024: It's slowly getting better, with takeaway we can't eat cold...on the other hand I don't know what to do to have the sauces that we're supposed to have with our menus! Update: April 2, 2024 say what should you do at home to have a correct order? Not to mention the manager who wants to "start me" but when I tell him that I'm coming so that he can start me, he tells me that I'm wrong that he was talking to one of his teammates! 12/10/2023: It serves crap.... and what's more, it inflates the prices, the topping of the pizza which is lost when you take a slice, the kebab with meat that leaves something to be desired and on top of that it's not friendly.
