23/03/2024: Excellent food, just perfect. Exquisite meat, local vegetables (I recommend the absolutely delicious potatoes and the ratatouille). The risotto is perfect. Very organized chef alone in the kitchen! The service is based on perfect timing (neither too slow nor too fast). Thank you to the chef for sharing his passion for cooking with us and thank you to his wife for the service. In short, a real moment of happiness.

03/04/2024: 🍴 It's good to sit on the terrace at Aigo Blanco and refresh yourself with a Henri Bardouin pastis or a Rinquinquin à la Pêche. The team is friendly and responsive, but seems exhausted. This is due to a somewhat anarchic organization where the waiters take care of all the tables and this contributes to creating a stressful atmosphere. We therefore lose synthetics, but their energy overcomes everything. The dishes arrive quickly, a little too much, we feel that the turnover of customers is desired and we wonder if it is fresh. The appointment is not on the plate and the pretext of the premises does not justify the prices. There is a bit of a lack of passion in the preparation and the cardboard profiteroles drive the point home. The spirit of L'Aigo Blanco therefore relies more on an improved canteen spirit than a restaurant but the will which drives the entire team, with more invested leadership, can propel this lively place towards more quality.
