Les meilleurs restaurants en Saint-Paul-De-Vence

15/10/2023: We took a tiny lunch as well as a nice dinner at the hotel terrace. The location is beautiful and the food is excellent. But what makes this place special and memorable is the service. Everyone is super friendly but we would like to point out Romi specifically. She is authentic and uniquely customer focused. She pays attention to details and adds little surprises to your stay. Whilst we may forget her name over time, we will never forget the experience she provided us with.

Wir haben von Beginn an das Gefühl spüren dürfen, als Gast herzlich willkommen zu sein und vor allen Dingen, dass das ehrlich gemeint ist. In dieser Form habe ich das bisher nur ganz selten erlebt. Das Essen im Restaurant ist fantastisch, aber den wirklichen Unterschied machen immer die Menschen. Und das war kaum zu überbieten. Der Hoteldirektor war auch so nett und hat uns noch das Hotel gezeigt. Wirklich wunderschöne Zimmer mit Flair. Dieses Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert! Je ne peux que souligner l'appréciation de ma femme ! Dès le début, nous avons eu l'impression d'être les bienvenus en tant qu'hôtes et surtout, que c'était sincère. Je n'ai que très rarement vécu cela sous cette forme. La nourriture du restaurant est fantastique, mais ce sont toujours les gens qui font la vraie différence. Et c'était difficile de faire mieux. Le directeur de l'hôtel a également eu la gentillesse de nous faire visiter l'hôtel. Des chambres vraiment magnifiques et pleines de charme. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

31/03/2024: Very good cuisine, fresh and well prepared products that immediately makes the difference! Generous quantity and even the bread has its touch of originality. The setting is cocooning, colorful and the chef very welcoming, jovial and funny 😊

Plat du jour... €28.00 Starter: tuna tartare 8.5/10 Main course: Octopus with green asparagus 9.5/10 Dessert: Lava cake with vanilla sauce 9.5/10 Service: Friendly and fun 9.5/10 Price/quality: 10/10 All in all: 100% recommended!!!

02/03/2024: The most terrible restaurant. The food is not tasty, the service is bad, very expensive for the quality of food! They didn't even bring water or 3 dry pieces of bread.

13/02/2024: On a February weekday, it was peaceful. Even though it was noon, we were allowed to take up an outdoor table just for drinks. We followed up with a couple of Assiette Terre-Mer, an assortment of appetizers.
