06/04/2024: We were served the dishes before the aperitif, no bread, we had to chase a waiter to get wine, waitress not friendly at all, and very noisy, I do not recommend at all

05/04/2024: 7:50 p.m. Arriving at the restaurant, 3 colleagues preferred to chat rather than welcome us. Be careful, they notice us but clearly are not interested and calmly ends their discussion. Don't even bother to kindly make us wait by greeting us... I'm leaving straight away... We review the bottom to bottom of customer contact.

04/04/2024: 4 UNDESERVED STARS My friends and I wanted to eat without any hassle in a little restaurant, we chose this place rated 4 stars on Google with complete confidence unfortunately we had a few surprises during our meal... To begin with, when choosing the table, we were very poorly received, it must be said, we were treated to: “AH, there are 8 of you, ohh, that’s all there is” Okay, okay, the welcome wasn't great but if that was all there was to it... After a somewhat long table setting, we received the menus, we had the impression of speaking another language to the waitress, she only knew the "classic" dishes on the menu. It was impossible to know the details about a sauce or something else, she didn't know and didn't go to the kitchen to ask, ok... And then it was time to choose our dishes, they took us 20 minutes, 20 minutes because the waitress did not take orders correctly, 20 minutes where we repeated our dishes at least 5 times one after the other. We understood that the tool for taking the order was not easy to use but it became very embarrassing for us, because the waitress took it as a joke... Once or twice yes but making fun of it when taking into account the dishes is not acceptable. A little too comfortable or too friendly. Anyway.. Let's move on to a wait which was in our opinion exaggerated to receive the dishes because we waited 40/50 minutes to receive 8 burgers.... To clarify, it was 9 p.m. and there were only 3 tables, including one for desserts for the restaurant... But we quickly understood that it was a party in the kitchen, people were singing, people were shouting. They make us dinner or karaoke.... For the rest, The plates were finally placed in front of us, the waitresses took the liberty of reminding us that the restaurant had to close at 11:30 p.m. and that it might be good if we speed up a little. And it didn't just happen once.... The looks with taps on the wrists (or the watch) to say that the clock is ticking, etc... Etc.. Once again, very inappropriate gestures for this type of establishment... We didn't even bother ordering desserts we left and put an end to this hell. Don't trust Google reviews, we haven't had a piece of these experiences. There must be a problem. Thank you for taking the time to read about our bad experience, I hope it doesn't make you choose this restaurant, if we can call this kind of place that...

05/04/2024: I was already coming more, I specify that it is because my partner wanted 280 (offer of the moment) Disastrous drive-thru service on the evening of April 4, around 9 p.m., past. Only one car in front of me, not many people in the parking lot and terrible service. Taking an order with a person who is more than cold and barely friendly, doesn't hear me, gives me a golden menu even though I have read a best of... makes me wait while taking the order Error during bagging (same person) When I handed it over, I didn't even have time to say "phew" that she was already gone. Forced to ask for help super loudly, by calling a chef from my car I am still asked to wait, I see other cars passing by, also with unsatisfied customers because I see them getting out of their vehicle with tickets and bags in hand! I even chat with one person who complains a lot. I ended up going to get my sandwich and I admit that I was not friendly and without regrets... And to finish, obviously my order remained in a bag and lukewarm or even cold. And all that in addition to 45 minutes.. I won't come back, that's clear! Thank you Burger King for being right next door and offering better quality of service and better taste

27/03/2024: I went there one evening and there was a manager named “Sarah” who was very unpleasant and stingy about doses, she needs to reconsider her kindness, to avoid.

03/04/2024: Very disappointed when we came, I asked the waiter for a margarita that was too complicated to make, I took a chili con carne, it still arrived frozen, just the rice on it which was hot, it went back to the kitchen and came back hot. Then I ask for birthday music for my 10 year old daughter, impossible, it doesn't work! while music is played in the restaurant.

02/04/2024: Super nice fast food restaurant, there are always workshops for children, animal-shaped balloons etc. The staff is always friendly. THE only downside, it's cold from time to time, I don't know if it's the air conditioning or the budgetary restrictions. Otherwise, it's very good.

And finally the menu arrived cold! Too bad, thank you in the future for respecting the ordering instructions! Otherwise, there’s no point in offering this option!
