01/04/2024: Despite a warm welcome from a first waitress, our experience quickly turned into a disaster. We received our dishes 1 hour after placing our order and that was after going to ask if there was a problem because people who arrived after us had just finished their dishes... The visibly overworked waiter served the meat dish with sauce leaking everywhere and the floor as well as our clothes were allowed to do so, no pardon...nothing. The restaurant was not at all well-equipped so there is no excuse for such slow and poor service. Naively I thought that something would be done following such a disaster but no.

31/03/2024: A restaurant with a wide variety of dishes and smiling waiters. A very affordable price with a small salad offered. The Buffalo chain is very popular and dog-friendly.

05/04/2024: I had a great time at the Bagel Strip restaurant. The burger I tasted was delicious, the atmosphere was friendly and the decoration very original and interesting.

09/03/2024: It was following the closure of the Naturéo in Vauréal that I discovered the one in Osny today. It's night and day, the staff are friendly and willing to help and the store seems bigger to me. I was pleased to find the products that I usually buy there, including a large selection of tofu, all very good.

02/04/2024: Please update your schedule if you do not close at 9 p.m. and rather at 8 p.m. (for a takeaway menu) because it seems that it is also up to customers to call you to be sure when we are already checking on the internet before moving. Hoping to speak to the manager tomorrow because today impossible.

16/03/2024: We can't call it BCHEF if it's not good. To tell the truth, I was extremely disappointed with the service and the burgers with flat steaks without taste! Even the fries had a disgusting fried taste. The menu is not worth this price of €12.90! I would have been better off at KFC I'm sure. For the children's menu, we didn't even have a surprise toy because it was out of stock... That's the answer I got! There is nothing to make up for this! Big lack of professionalism! Fast food to absolutely close!

29/03/2024: This is the 3rd time I've returned, very disappointed, I waited 25 minutes although there weren't many people and the bucket was ready. , The worst arrived at home the chicken and the fries were completely cold, the Pepsi without gas.

25/03/2024: Eat twice and get sick twice. Never again will you see.
