13/02/2024: Very surprised by Isabelle Sarzier's comment!!! I also ate the tartiflette and if that's what she calls dog food, I'll start shopping in the dog section straight away. This little restaurant is a gem. Everything is made with love and with local products. So if you're looking for the molecular cuisine of Parisian palaces, you're not in the right place. I absolutely recommend this restaurant and I will return to eat there as soon as I return to Mont Gerbier de Jonc. Thanks again to Régine for her good humor and her advice on the region.

12/02/2024: We only tasted the chestnut cake.... a killer, truly exquisite with a very friendly welcome, we will return!

01/04/2024: We booked our stay via smartbox for a couples weekend. We absolutely do not recommend this place. The welcome was very cold, we had the impression of being a nuisance. The quality of the accommodation is very limited, barely clean (cobwebs, dirty dishwasher, used cotton buds in the drawers, etc.). The photos in the ad do not correspond to the room at all. The television didn't work and we could hear everything that was happening in the room next door, it's very poorly insulated! We who wanted a quiet stay were quickly disillusioned! As for the “three-course meal + complimentary welcome drink + breakfast” formula, we were dealing with a sort of platter with three small dishes (a micro salad, a small soup and a dish of lasagna barely heated in the micro- waves because we heard the noise of the microwave oven running in the next room. It should also be noted that we were the only customers of the evening in the restaurant room next to the bar with a strong smell of cigarettes and a hubbub permanent. Dessert was not included in the package. When paying, the owner almost made us pay for the welcome drink. And the icing on the cake, the free breakfast consisted of bread in cellophane, a bottle of milk without label and open lid, samples of expired spread, and some rusks. This is unacceptable and we were very disappointed with our stay.

24/03/2024: Thanks to a Smartbox that was offered to us, we had a pleasant stay and the owners are adorable. We were not able to enjoy the restaurant because of the flood in Ardèche at that time, but we were treated to a nice meal tray served directly in our upgraded room. I recommend this warm establishment
