04/04/2024: At first I thought it was a coincidence, but this time it's one too many. I'm either handed a half-full glass or given a glass full of ice cubes with barely a sip of drinks. Let's not talk about half-made cold hamburgers. That's one time too many.

04/04/2024: Order today at the drive-thru. The burgers were flattened, some cheddar had even gone through the packaging! Quite simply a shame, the burger making process needs to be reviewed so that employees can be properly trained. I would be ashamed to serve food with this appearance. Not to mention the sauces, we can always wait for them!!! 3 times I come three times in a row no sauce when I arrive. Living between Charleville and Sedan, we will now go to McDonald's in Sedan or to BK which still provides a minimum!

31/03/2024: A little disappointed with my daughter's birthday... Usually this is done in the bowling room and today it was in a room upstairs away from everyone... And in terms of organization not great either the schedules were not respected... Usually for 8 children we have 2 slopes and today only one slope the children were not able to enjoy it as they should... So I find the price this year expensive for what it was... I'm going to think twice before doing it next year

05/04/2024: Frankly it was cold I took the chiken burger and I was disappointed the chicken was very small it looked like nugets and the restaurateurs were weak in the knees frankly it's not what it used to be however the ice cream was a delight

28/03/2024: Shameful... came at 10 p.m. today, the kitchen was in a terrible state. The manager who apparently doesn't see the problem.. Steaks, plastics and a few nuggets on the floor, the cook who also doesn't see a problem and who steps over all the noise... I don't understand how we can keep a restaurant like this open.

03/04/2024: From the moment you enter you know what to expect in the end, dishes overflowing, drinks on the floor Ordered 2 drinks and a donut 20 minutes later still nothing arrived. I go to the counter and am greeted in a very special way by the young girl. I go back to sit down and there 2 people inform me that they waited 30 minutes for 2 coffees. People around me have also been waiting for their orders for a while. I made the decision to leave, so I asked for a refund, the young girl, always so pleasant, called her manager. While waiting for him I look around, the Mac Café area is a real mess. She prepares in the middle of the dirty dishes, everything is lying around. After being reimbursed we left without even a word from the manager.

04/04/2024: It would be nice if the servers who collect your plates did not empty the dirty plates onto their cart in the aisles right next to you 50cm from your plate you are eating from. It's as if you were eating 50cm from a trash can! Furthermore, we arrived on a Saturday lunchtime as soon as it opened, at 12:30 p.m. the dishes were already almost empty and not refilled.

30/03/2024: SCAM, SHAMEFUL Having already worked at Mcdo I know the working conditions and frankly this establishment is a big scam, a serious lack of concentration when taking orders, preparation but also no politeness, not even a smile! At the price we pay for this “food” we would like to have what we order! In the happymeal there are potatoes instead of fries (and cold what's more, not even warm!), no yogurt to drink (super nice for the child who is still waiting for his dessert), the drink from the children's menu not properly closed which spilled when we tried to take it, the Fanta from the maxibestof which has no bubbles, is missing 2 deluxe sauces for not only the happymeal potatoes but also for the box of 20nuggets to share ( only 2 barbecue sauces in the bag) AND ONLY 18 NUGGETS instead of 20 in the tray!! The little wrap not even closed and with a chicken the size of a nugget, the large wraps almost empty, the inedible cheesburger looks like cardboard (must have been made 30 minutes before ordering) It's clearly SHAMEFUL, paying €31.55 for not having the entire desired order

28/03/2024: Although the price is slightly more expensive and the waiting time is longer, the food tastes better than other McDonald's, and there are many empty seats, so you can choose where to sit.
