Copious and adapts to customer requests.
17/02/2024: Listen, they are lovely people who have the merit of cooking every day, every lunchtime with hearty warm food. Excellent House party, and unfortunately they will be leaving soon at the end of February on retirement, much to my despair. They will no longer be there, all the dishes are Alsatian Staying in a charming little village a stone's throw from Hervé Châtel, we eat excellently well, it's delicious. Go ahead with your eyes closed like in the commercial. Françoise Bérulle
