31/03/2024: Typical restaurant in the center of the village, very good service, good value for money. Menus at 30 euros with some supplements for foie gras and lamb shank. The dishes are made with local products. Less desserts, too bad. However, good artisanal ice creams.

31/03/2024: Passing through this small village. Without reservation on Easter Sunday. Very warm welcome. Very pleasant staff. The dishes are cooked over a wood fire. A delight. The excellent lamb shank. If you pass near Bize Minervois, stop at La Sellette.

Restaurant Chez Jean-Marc

01/04/2024: Arriving at 10 in the village at the end of the afternoon we reserved our table at the last minute and it was just PERFECT!!!
Everything was delicious and homemade
Rachel takes great care in the dining room and Jean Marc gives the perfect combo in the kitchen.
I'm not even talking about the bill which was one of the lowest that I hadn't paid in a long time.
I recommend 100%
31/03/2024: Simple humble building with very welcoming hosts and skillfully cooked food with a menu containg traditional French with a number of Asian inspired dishes, very inexpensive.

15/02/2024: We went for Valentine's Day thinking of eating properly for 49 euros per person... starter: 3 small prawns, the head was bigger than the tail. The meat accompanied by 4 to 5 potato gnocchi...then dessert an apple cut into cubes with a little whipped cream on top...disappointed...
