23/03/2024: Chance did things well. An incredible discovery of this establishment. Meals and service at the top. Very professional and welcoming staff. A wide choice on the “homemade” menu. I recommend the duchess galette and the salted butter caramel crepe for dessert. Really ! Thanks again to the whole team.

01/04/2024: Wonderful place with customer service that goes beyond. They pay attention to every detail and make your stay an experience full of value. The food is exquisite with vegan and vegetarian options full of flavor. It is perfectly located in the center of all the magic. Surrounded by a lot of beauty, energy and connection. A pleasure to have been here ❤️

14/12/2023: Lovely family run hotel. Excellent ambience, service and fab patrons.
06/11/2023: This is a traditional hotel, looking rather old fashioned and it could do with a bit of a refresh but it's fine if you want a quiet place to stay the night. It's right by the train station and a car park. Breakfast was great. Good value.

21/03/2024: Nothing to say, just perfect. I'm a truck driver and I found myself stuck right next to it and the manager allowed me to take a shower and I then ate there and frankly had a top notch meal, generous and excellent. I recommend.
17/01/2024: Charming hotel, with a magnificent welcome. Excellent and very generous cuisine. Congratulations to the cook who made us enjoy traditional cuisine. I recommend this hotel but especially its restaurant.

However, I live in Quillan and have been there several times, because I like Asian cuisine, but the last time there was a lot of waiting for few customers and I got yelled at because there was no more of the dish I had chosen. and I take too long to choose, he tells me I'm not going to come back if you don't choose quickly. I won't put another penny into this place,

02/02/2024: I ordered an American for €8.50, I asked for onions, it didn't have any onions even though the onions are visible on the menu, disappointing because I realized that my sandwich and fritted rampli were not price I received a Belgian bread I do not recommend
