04/04/2024: Very special, elegant atmosphere, pleasantly enlivened by the huge painting by Grison "Fête du Village". So many attentive and nice young restaurant professionals - servers and sommeliers. The food was imaginative and plentiful - with lots of attention. Definitely very filling! Interesting ingredients to read for later: the escargots from Ebersheim, the Pinot noir from Gut Dahlmann, the sanglier from the Vosges (sustainable;-)) with the Gin Rosa from the distillery in Strasbourg itself, the beurre de Bresse....A Experience!
04/04/2024: La cuisine est délicieuse et inventive de l’entrée au dessert. L’entrée avec des escargots était parfaite. Le poisson était cuit à la perfection, le cochon accompagné d’une endive farcie excellente.

06/04/2024: A pleasant setting and a very relaxing day. Establishment currently under construction on the exterior part, which may cause some inconvenience. The restaurant at the SPA level is very pleasant, excellent value for money. Just a note on spring cleaning, once lying on the deckchair, the exterior lights and evaluation panels need a little cleaning.

29/03/2024: This is a wonderful place for doner! The owner is lovely and helped us so much. He spoke English as we didn’t speak any French or German. The meat and bread for the doner are amazing!! Highly recommend!

27/03/2024: We were seated in the back room (almost passing through the kitchens). The soundscape makes you want to leave as quickly as possible. It's a real cathedral in terms of sound and echo, we can't hear each other, which pushes us to speak louder and therefore amplify the phenomenon.
The other room is equipped with acoustic panels intended to remedy the problem so we can assume that the problem is known but that customer comfort is not the priority in this room. 👎
Otherwise very very good cuisine, I recommend for amateurs.

09/03/2024: I've been to kid-friendly restaurants before, but this was exceptional. I couldn't have asked for more when going to the restaurant with my kids. Waitress extremely attentive and available to everyone.
For the cuisine, we are really in the bistronomic style. Very good presentation, quality products. Reasonable portions. A great time.

03/04/2024: Mixed opinion, I find that the value for money is not there. Cuisine which is not bad but which is not exceptional either. Expensive paid for what it was.
29/03/2024: Wonderful establishment! We had the chance to celebrate our wedding there last summer, everything was perfect! The places are full of charm. The staff, very pleasant and proactive, went out of their way to make this day unforgettable. The food and service were excellent. We return there for tartes flambées and gallows, always with pleasure. We highly recommend!

Everything was perfect, both in terms of the quality of the service and the quality of the dishes.

01/04/2024: There were six of us this Easter Sunday and we all really liked our dishes.
The person providing service was alone but quick enough to handle everything (restaurant full).
The gourmet coffee is very plentiful, the accompaniments to the dishes are good and the meat and fish are piping hot!
A small downside: our table was opposite the front door and when people come in you can smell the fresh air, fortunately it wasn't very cold ;-)
Toilets with single-use cloth towels, it's rare!
