29/02/2024: An incredible welcome in a magical setting, day and night. We had a great time and didn't want to leave! Great, we recommend!!
22/02/2024: We stayed for a week to ski in la grave and other resorts.
The room is simple but good.
The staff is extremely friendly and the food is also very good. We enjoyed every meal a lot!
There is a room with cozy fireplace and board games, where it is nice to relax.
Thanks again for the stay.

24/03/2024: Great dinner! We had the pierrade which is abundant and all the meats of really good quality. The accompanying gratin dauphinois was succulent.
The service and welcome were top notch and the atmosphere was very nice!
We will come back with pleasure.
23/03/2024: If we play at looking for the error...you have to look for it for a long time! The succulent dishes, the very pleasant waiters and special mentions to the imaginative and fine desserts from the pastry chef! In short, a great address!

Heartwarming welcome.
Smiling service, efficient given the number of guests, the same in the kitchen with a high mark for the quality of the products and a beautiful way of working with them.
A rare address in the region.
More great activities to come which we will happily be spectators of.

20/02/2024: Coming off the cross-country ski trails, heading towards the historic center of Saint Veran, we came across this inn which has the uniqueness of serving homemade hot chocolate. The recipe is called traditional for a delicious effect to savor! A way to regain strength and look forward to the rest of the day...

28/03/2024: We arrived with 9 people (including 6 people with disabilities).
We were pleasantly surprised. For the welcome, the availability, the smiles. The meal was very good, plentiful and very well presented. In addition, the staff met our expectations regarding our residents' meals. (Some eat a mixed diet). Our residents really enjoyed the well-presented dish that was served to them.
A big thank-you.
21/01/2024: Top staff but the room does not deserve a 3 star small and fresh room minimum heating mold in the bathroom would require a little renovation restaurant at the top very good

01/03/2024: As for the food it was good value for money. But the service was original to say the least, the waiter thought he was Mary Poppins and took the cutlery out of his pocket, and never came to clear our plates. This is surely explained by a lack of experience in catering but the staff were very commercial.

Following a meal a few days ago I "rewatched" my meal all night until the next day inclusive and this was indeed due to what had been served to us....

02/04/2024: Deplorable customer service, impossibility of changing a date despite the fact that the station is closed despite numerous phone calls and emails to the hotel to flee
02/04/2024: Very well placed with the ski locker rooms which open directly onto a slope. Very pretty, nice interior, decent service, cool swimming pool but not made for swimming laps (well after that I don't put the swimming pool of a SKI hotel in the bill)
The only big downside was that we took a room for 4 people, the room contained 1 double bed and a pull-out sofa. The problem is that it is almost impossible to sleep on the sofa because it is so uncomfortable. In the end there were 3 of us and we swapped places to sleep every night, but if there had been 4 of us it would have been enough to remove a new star. Be careful to have the necessary number of beds in this establishment, even if it means taking a larger room.
