28/03/2024: 03/28/2024 The Alotz mill, a gourmet stopover. A place full of serenity and tranquility in a bucolic setting. Bold, creative cuisine, a real palette of flavors with a lovely presentation. A farandole of dishes, each more surprising than the last, without a false note. The culinary walk was exceptional. Nice food and wine pairing. The service is perfectly paced and pleasant. Congratulations chef Fabrice Idiart for taking over this institution, thank you for coming to exchange a few words with us and a big thank you to your team.

31/03/2024: Excellent service, great food and generous portions, open kitchen without interruptions from morning until midnight, ideal when you get off the ski slopes at 3 pm and all the restaurants are closed. Very friendly staff.

31/03/2024: Honestly, we have rarely been as well received as in this restaurant! Whether by the chef, the employees... everything is perfect. The fast service, the food is excellent, the aperitif board offered as well as the digestive… very rare! We highly recommend and we will come back!!

30/01/2024: I have known Milesker for around ten years, I often came with my family, my colleagues or my friends. I regret having to say this but I won't come anymore. When we came at the beginning of the year, the sangrias were undrinkable and everyone knew that we had been served the bottom of a container. A pretty smile, no fuss, milesker....

22/03/2024: We are regulars at La Pierre and on several occasions we have had dinner at this restaurant, raclette, fondee, a la carte... today at 8:00 p.m. we went to order 2 pizzas to take away and they took our note and told us that for 10 p.m. Ok, well, we make time, anyone who knows the season knows that there isn't much but hey, if you have to wait, you wait. When we went to pick them up at 10pm he told us that the oven had broken and that he didn't have our pizzas. We have asked him if he would give us anything to take and his response was that he had nowhere to put it. We told him that we had nothing for dinner and since we had a dog we couldn't dine inside nor did he have anything to offer us to take away... obviously, we won't be back. The rest of the places were already closed. We didn't want any luxury, oysters, just dinner because we made time until 10pm….

30/03/2024: I was looking for a good place to have something typical for dinner and I found this place next to my hotel. The waiter speaks Spanish and allowed me to reserve a table for a little later. I ordered a buckwheat crepe and I loved it. The truth is that I have never tried anything like this. They have a lot of variety, crepes, talos, salads... The place is small, and the tables are somewhat close together, but otherwise… great.
