17/03/2024: I really fell in love with this restaurant where the food is very good and the welcome is very warm and pleasant.
Focus on the dishes: the fish was served in appreciable quantities, a real fillet and its puree which does not leave you hungry.
Next time I’ll have the beef cheek samosa… a delicious idea (if it’s on the menu).
We appreciated the land - sea aspect and the short and elaborate menu.
We are clearly tourists but we were very well received… it’s a winning bet because we come every year and we will come back.
(I didn't take any photos...go there with your eyes closed).

04/04/2024: What a wonderful place for lunch or dinner. So kind even to reopen the kitchen for the real Fondue Savoyarde that I had come for!!! And it was real, not like all the industrial fondues that you find in too many establishments.
It was delicious, the service very pleasant and warm... This little restaurant is worth the detour, if not the trip 💯💯💯✅😊❣️

04/04/2024: Discovery of typical Savoyard cuisine. Few dishes but homemade specializing in potatoes and cheese. Crouzet gratin good but not seasoned enough and the Berthelon was excellent. As expected the dishes are very rich. Do not recommend if you are on a diet 😉 otherwise to try

A bar ? A place to go to the spa? There are both! You can do one without the other but the best thing is to do both!
You can't come to the station without going there.
First you are welcomed in a beer bar in a super serious atmosphere.
From local to foreign beer, you will find what you are looking for or you have other drinks.
The spa? You have everything..
Hammam, spa, sauna! (Private or collective)
So when are you going there?
We love it.⭐ We're going to finish our drinks 🤣

03/04/2024: Pretty good for a restaurant in a ski resort. Because most of them all have that log cabin interior. I specifically selected photos of the interior because I didn't want the log cabin feeling on my birthday on a ski trip. Parking is provided. So the interior was effectively different and fun. With a wood fire that made it cozy. The host was friendly and attentive and had a talent for serving guests. The hostess was more reserved. The food was quite tasty. Price quality was certainly okay. The tables were quite low and so were the chairs and benches. Putting a cushion on your chair solved the problem.

04/04/2024: The service is too slow, both for taking orders and for the arrival of dishes. We waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken even though we were 2 tables of 2 without the restaurant. Then 40 minutes to see our dishes arrive. Then 40 minutes to be cleared! And 10 minutes more to see the desserts arrive.
Arrived at 7:20 p.m. we left at 9:30 p.m. More than 2 hours of service is way too long, especially when there are so few customers!
The dish was very good. The dessert not bad but not incredible even though it was still 11€. We expect something else when we pay 100€ for 2!

27/03/2024: Second year in Val Thorens on a ski holiday at Easter and second year that we have this restaurant on the slopes as an obligatory stop. From the hamburgers to the omelette, to the menus and not forgetting the desserts, everything is delicious. The service and attention very good. We will repeat!
