16/09/2023: Gorgeous setting above medieval village and the Lot valley. You can join 2 beautiful tracks for long walks in wood settings. Chestnut trees galore and some fig trees too.
Food at restaurant, locally sourced, generous portions €12 for a main. Outstanding selection of sorbet dessert, walnut tarts and mouth watering choc/walnut cakes.
Very friendly service, suggestions and advice were offered.

09/03/2024: I go regularly to make my coffee and tea purchases. Both are very good and at affordable prices. I'm a big tea consumer and theirs are as good as damman. I never regret my purchases and the salespeople always give very good advice and do not push consumption.
08/03/2024: Very good Coffee Shop, as much for the drinks as the pastries as the service.
It's nice to be able to drink a very good hot chocolate. Gourmet drinks are not left out. Too bad we are only passing through Rodez.

26/09/2023: Change of ownership. The kitchen is very good. Simple and effective dishes, made with great mastery. A reduced menu that changes every day. A pleasant and fast service. A superb terrace very well located and finally, the decor has been completely redesigned, which gives a second wind to this emblematic place of Ruthenois. I highly recommend !

Soup, hard-boiled egg and mayo, plate of charcuterie, dish of the day, plate of cheese then dessert and of course we ask you if you have had enough and we give you some more.
And all this for less than 20 bucks.
You leave here satisfied. Well done to the family

22/03/2024: We needed somewhere to stop after driving all day. Searched for our nearest hotel. It was evening time when we arrived, hadn't booked and we have a dog. Really small village. Walked in to a lovely bar/restaurant. I cant speak French...they were so welcoming. We normally wing it when stopping over and this is the first time I've been shown the room we're booking first. The room was perfect for what we needed. No issues having a dog. We were asked if we wanted something to eat, which we didn't but the restaurant looked lovely. After nice refreshing shower, went to the bar to enjoy lovely local beer and wine. A lovely spot to stay.
