When you eat at McDonald's, you want to be safe and well served. I was served with a smile by this man and I was attacked by an unknown McDonald's customer. This manager Alexis accompanied me from start to finish until this McDonald left in order to join the police in order to be sure that I was not attacked by this crazy person. Given the time he was (1 a.m.) I would like to highlight his impeccable behavior from the discussion with the crazy customer who physically attacked me to his accompaniment in front of Mc Donald so that I am safe. I am a regular customer of Mc Donald and despite my mishap which shocked me...I specified to the hierarchy that this manager Alexis listened, he acted as a security guard and he gave a good image of the brand despite what made me arrived with two witnesses, two young men who defended me by protecting me from the blows of the crazy client. I hope that the hierarchy will see this message and congratulate him accordingly because his reaction to this situation which he managed perfectly was more than impeccable but EXEMPLARY.
