06/04/2024: Very good quality cuisine, with the unmissable specialty aligot served from the pan to the plate in the dining room. As a local child, I tasted many of them but not like this one. If you pass by there don't hesitate.

22/03/2024: “Nature acts, man does”, this is the definition of Maison Bras in Laguiole Aubrac. A culinary enchantment that begins with the magic of the aperitif in this spaceship which was astonishing at the time, but which today proves that the Bras are not only artists but visionaries. The vegetable menu with the obligatory Gargouillou remains my favorite? I replace the coulant with its original, more classic chocolate version. The service is youthful and gives priority to the plate and the exceptional view. On the wine side, far from label drinkers, the sommelier director of the restaurant knows how to pair dishes according to your budget. A peaceful “blue light” like the peaceful sky surrounds the guests (not the customers for the Bras) who leave with stars in their eyes. Unquestionably our favorite restaurant whose prices remain consistent, despite dozens of three-star restaurants visited around the world. Thanks to the Bras family and the team. Wow!!

30/03/2024: A gourmet restaurant at a reasonable price, with impeccable and warm service (special mention to our waitress), and where the quality and respect for the product do not deviate. The setting is superb and the little kid-friendly touches are very appreciated (so rare in this type of restaurant). Thank you again for this great family moment.

04/04/2024: A real gem, this restaurant with its simple homemade dishes that are as generous as they are delicious: that evening on the menu were chicken fillets in nuggets, roast beef, cauliflower gratin, lamb's lettuce salad, crispy fries. , plum flan... In a large room we meet the truck drivers who have exchanged this good deal and the locals, served by an attentive hostess. We came there by chance, we will definitely come back. It’s barely 2 km from exit 41.

03/04/2024: 5 of us (2 adults and 3 children) stopped at the Center Routier du Bonsecours on a Sunday lunchtime. Very good value for money, warm welcome, very nice village atmosphere. If we return to the region, we will stop there again without hesitation!
