I was served kidneys requested rare, barely cooked. For once very very rare (raw) with fries more than cooked
Too bad the kitchen is not up to par

07/01/2024: Since the change of ownership, it is undoubtedly the best bread in Castelsarrasin. The Aveyron balls or crowns, country bread, or even the traditional baguette are very, very good. Thank you to them for taking over this bakery and perpetuating artisanal know-how without giving in to pseudo bakery chains!
