19/12/2023: Dear Hotel Manager, I would like to express my deep disappointment with the poor quality of the catering offered in your establishment. Unfortunately, my dining experience during my recent stay did not at all meet my expectations for a 3 star. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that significantly affected my experience with you, for example: - Rooms still not ready. 5:00 p.m. - 30 minutes of waiting at the bar before being served, so having to go find the waitress with an enthusiasm that leaves something to be desired. - The cleaning ladies who force me to enter the room even though I am present in the room. - Last days staying at the hotel with my colleagues we were separated so 2 different tables although it would have been nice to eat all together - Bad smell persisting in the bathroom when I took a shower. And many more .. The dishes served at the restaurant were bland and tasteless, reflecting sloppy preparation. Additionally, the variety of options offered was extremely limited (1 dish was offered), making meals monotonous and unappetizing. Beyond the quality of the dishes, the service also left something to be desired. The staff seemed inattentive and unconcerned with customer satisfaction. Waiting times to be served were excessively long (30 minutes waiting at the bar), our requests were neglected on several occasions, which added to our frustration. As a customer, I expected a pleasant experience and quality service at your establishment. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and I am deeply disappointed. I sincerely hope that you will take my comments into account and make the necessary adjustments to improve your service. I am convinced that you have the potential to provide an exceptional experience for your customers, and I hope that my comments will help you achieve this goal and improve the quality of the restaurant. A good culinary, service and hospitality experience is an essential element in guaranteeing customer satisfaction and building customer loyalty.

25/03/2024: My experience at the Pat a pizz restaurant in Erstein was simply exceptional! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and an inviting ambiance. The service was quick and efficient, and the dishes were presented with care. But what really captivated my taste buds was their novelty, the panuozzo. A perfect blend of fresh, flavorful ingredients wrapped in a soft, crunchy bread. Every bite was a true delight for the senses! I highly recommend all lovers of Italian cuisine to come and discover this hidden gem in Erstein. It’s definitely a must-see in the area. Congratulations to the entire Pat a pizz team for their creativity and passion. Five well-deserved stars!

25/03/2024: I recently tried the new Panuozzo Poulet at and it was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The service was excellent as well, with friendly staff who made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I'll definitely be returning for the other pizzas too!

27/12/2023: Small rooms, with a lot of dust, poor breakfast for a fee.

22/12/2023: When we arrived at the hotel it was 9:30 p.m. There was no one at reception to welcome us and explain where our rooms were. The keys were left on the counter without explanation; we had to search for our rooms in the corridors. I find it a little disrespectful to the customers that there is no one at reception. Very unfortunate because the place is beautiful the rooms are a little small but enough to sleep in but I would not recommend this place due to lack of staff at reception.
