10/03/2024: Excellent cuisine, impeccable service. The decor is on the other hand astonishing, we did not access its language in any case. It's classy but monochrome in light gray and totally uncluttered. It lacks warmth and color. Very beautiful lighting fixtures on the other hand. There is research and reflection in any case

06/04/2024: Unfortunately, the hotel lags behind the restaurant. Breakfast could also be finer with this gastronomic cuisine, although the ingredients were excellent. Our visit to the “Relais de la Poste” restaurant was a culinary delight in an absolutely feel-good atmosphere. Thomas Koebel offers excellent, sophisticated gourmet cuisine made primarily from regional products. We chose a four-course menu (me 5 ;-)😋😉). Every course tasted excellent and the plates were beautifully presented. The entire service team is very friendly, humorous, open-minded and competent. Great wine list/sommelier. As a guest you feel very welcome and well looked after. Also a compliment to the young, up-and-coming service staff - who dedicate themselves to the guests with heart, knowledge and self-confidence. We really enjoyed our stay at the "Relais de la Poste". See you next time!

04/04/2024: Nice establishment, on the other hand on the tray of fries at 19 euros there were a lot more scraps than whole fries, the fries let's not talk about it......lamentable, an 8 year old kid does better, too bad we we won't go back

03/04/2024: On a stroll in Alsace...a simple but delicious dinner in a cozy atmosphere. The tartes flambées are super good and crispy. I think I'll come back to try other things because I saw some beautiful gourmet salads on the neighboring tables... superb traditional desserts too... no, but I'll definitely come back.

01/04/2024: Unprofessional, you cannot count on them for your occasions, surprises, etc. Knowing that I called at noon for the reservation and the surprise that I wanted to do that same evening. They tell me ok, they take note of my request and in the end Nada zero, nothing I asked for was done. Disgusted, I won't come back and I won't recommend it to those around me. If that wasn’t possible you would have simply had to tell me “no”. To respond to your comment I would like to know where you see the “soon 4 with a heart”! He wasn't actually there!
