03/03/2024: First and last time. My wife calls Friday at 5 p.m. to reserve this Sunday at 12:30 p.m., a lady answers, “it’s noted” she says. We arrive this Sunday around 12:30 p.m., a guy welcomes us, we say we have reserved, “oh well, I look, was it on the answering machine?” »In the end, this was not taken into account, somehow they found us a place in the other room. We still get looked at askance by others, as if we hadn’t made a reservation. Afterwards, while waiting for our meal order to be taken - it's 12:55 p.m., no one in the room had yet placed their order - big discussion twice between the guy and a woman, probably the one who answered on Friday, " ah where are we going to put the others? » To hear them say last, within earshot, “and those were not noted” when speaking about us, “and big Gérard, where are we going to put him? »Nice for customers. There, that's enough for us, we get up to leave, I say to the guy as we leave, "those are leaving", it makes them laugh. Probably done on purpose to accommodate their regulars. These people in this restaurant have enough customers, and don't deserve to be given money. No sense of customer service.
