28/03/2024: Solid Chinese restaurant. The fried chicken was delicious (Curry), the dishes all tasted very good even if the noodles needed a bit of sauce and the beef had a few chewy bits. It’s on the pricey side considering the portion size but I still prefer to get good quality products than tons of bad one! Service was quick and very pleasant despite a full restaurant. I would definitely return and recommend.

03/04/2024: I have come to eat at La Garenne several times, where I always enjoy the taste. However, I really have to point out that the service is more than annoying for several reasons: - we are served by several different servers which leads to a lot of confusion, errors on the invoice (1 bottle of wine extra once...) etc, - advice that is sometimes off the mark, - “express 1 hour” options for lunch which ultimately last 2 hours because of the service. I am not questioning the qualification of the servers but rather the organization which drags out the meal. (We once stayed 3 hours for a meal….. 1 hour wait between the starter and the main course….). It would be really important that you remedy this shaky organization which taints the experience in your brand where we take great pleasure.

06/03/2024: While passing through Saverne, we were looking for a restaurant that did both vegetarian and healthy food! Bingo! A fantastic welcome and delicious cuisine. Copious proportions and doggy bags on the way out! To recommend without reservation!

24/03/2024: From the outside, the restaurant is rather inconspicuous (old building). Modernly furnished inside. Friendly and attentive service. Manageable menu, high prices. But the quality of the food is excellent!! We were very satisfied today and can only recommend this restaurant!

During the morel season, these could have had their place next to a piece of veal for example; or some edible wild herbs that grow "Up there"... The dessert cart is varied and offers enough choice. On the sugar side, however, it's way too heavy. If you're looking for a little extra, stop at Le Clos, located below.

05/01/2024: Bar sympa sur la grande place en face du château des Rohan. Un bel endroit où se poser pour boire un verre entre amis.

21/03/2024: Family meal which was unanimous. Succulent pizzas, exceptional dough and very original choice which changes from classic pizzerias. Very efficient service despite a full restaurant. Well done!
