19/03/2024: We had an excellent dinner. Each dish was a pleasure for the eyes and the mouth. We enjoyed flavors that we are not used to enjoying cooked this way. A very nice discovery.
The service was perfect: attentive, professional and caring.

We had reserved for 2 for the Easter menu, each dish was really well crafted and the team took great care.
Maybe the portion of lamb was a little small?
The wine advice was excellent, I highly recommend!

04/04/2024: I went to this hotel in Saint-Malo, nothing to say about the very welcoming and pleasant staff, the cleanliness of the room was excellent, however we booked one night with the wellness area but on our arrival the service was wellness pass was closed we reported it but we were told it would allow early and we were not refunded I would find that regrettable we already said to take advantage of it the next morning we had come to visit the ramparts of Saint- Malo so we were not able to do our massage and our thalassotherapy wellness area which was regrettable
04/04/2024: We passed by for lunch, having seen a sign with a menu starting at 19 euros but when we saw the menu, no menu at that price. Astronomical or gastronomic prices rather!

He and his colleague Cécile work in a good mood which is felt by the customers (they form a very good duo). I highly recommend.

Tuna appetizer was good.
The entrecote - unfortunately typical for France - too thin. And boiled rather than fried.
The noodles were just bland. The risotto for vegetarians is at best an emergency solution.
Last year the kitchen's performance was significantly better.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the service and the food.
A small marriage of 27 people with intolerances respected.
We were served quickly, everything was PERFECT.
We would like to warmly thank Mr. and Mrs. LEGEMBRE for their investment.
Our guests insisted on congratulating you on your performance. At the end of the meal, everyone applauded them!
