Lunch for two with excellent value for money.
Tasty and hearty vegetable menu, with a tapioca lentil and black curry mixture as a starter, very fresh, very mild and well seasoned.
As a dish, Tom kha Khai endives are well roasted, crunchy and go wonderfully with the sauce and condiment. The roasted cashews bring an additional texture and nuance that perfect the tasting.
We also tasted the saithe with Grenobloise sauce, where the roundness of the purée contrasted pleasantly with the delicately acidic capers, the balance being perfectly respected. Here again, the judiciously toasted croutons offered a refined play of texture.
For dessert, the gianduja tartlet lacked a little finesse, but the regressive ganache and the well-roasted hazelnuts still left us on a good note!
Service a bit slow but pleasant and not at all oppressive.

18/01/2024: Everything is perfect, the kitchen, the staff, the rooms, very clean
04/01/2024: I was there for training and lunch on site. Lunch was delicious. The waiter and the cook paid particular attention to my allergies and I was offered alternative dishes even though it was basically a single menu for everyone present at the training.

19/11/2023: The cuisine is excellent... the lamb shank tagine is a marvel. !!! but the owner is not very friendly... and that really ruins everything... we didn't go back. For this reason . Very dry atmosphere... too bad!!!!

Yes, but we were very disappointed with our short stay this time from Saturday to Sunday.
We arrived at 6 p.m. Anne the receptionist is very welcoming, smiling and helpful as usual. We sat down and had our aperitif at the bar. No catering service, closed (no staff). I said good evening to Anne's replacement who ignored us (fortunately we were the only ones), the same for the Breakfast Service, I politely said hello because of total ignorance! Superior room with bathtub, what a disappointment in terms of cleanliness this time! I'm a former housekeeper and honestly what's going on? Bathtub not cleaned just wiped with a towel (limescale traces on the taps, hair, dirt). WC that smells of urine, dust on the hairdryer holder, traces of poo on the wall... It's winter, it's time to clean the rooms properly, it's not in high season that this will be done! When we left, no one at reception,
we had to put our card in the box (7:15 a.m.) too bad, we would have liked to give our opinion but no time to wait (I also work early on weekends). We will not return there even though its location is at top, the service is seriously deteriorating.

10/01/2024: It may be a hotel restaurant but what good food is there?
I had the “evening” menu:
Seafood casserole
Pureed sausage
Cheese plate
All accompanied by red wine from the pitcher.
I loved it.
The casserole is not at all ready and the homemade mash (you can see it like it feels) were simply excellent.
A big thank you and well done to the chef.
Too bad it's only for one evening.
An address that we don’t necessarily think of but which is worth coming to.
