I go to the counter on the evening of Thursday, December 28, 3 waiters are on duty, a young girl asks me what I'm having, good evening I'll take 2 RedBull, she offers me two cans ok nickel... she gives me put them at the counter I present her with a ticket except that she turns around and goes to write something down on a paper, I wait for her to finish except that she turns around and chats with the other waiter.. I wait I see that she is no longer paying attention, I don't know the principle of the bar my friend was waiting on the terrace I tell myself that I will come back later to pay. A few minutes later I return to the counter to pay the bill, I call out to her by handing her the ticket, she looks at me amazed and angry and shouts: "Hey! Dude! It's not possible what you did, you left yourself like that.. " in short her colleague decided to take it kindly, I tried to explain to her but no she closed herself off without paying attention to what I was saying.. I tell him sorry even and goodbye but no response from him, a poorly educated brunette in her twenties who has not followed training to welcome customers or integrate the operation of the bar...

04/04/2024: Fondue tastes great and the sherpa server is super friendly! The nautical theme and decor is very weird in my opinion, but also funny. The price of beer is just too ridiculous, almost 12€ for a pint is extreme even by Val Thorens standards. Hot chocolate mediocre.

02/04/2024: Impeccable welcome and service from the on-site team. Comfortable duplex apartment, well appointed, plenty of storage, with views of the slopes and the mountain, facing south (nr 301). However, the building should be renovated. (Caribou) Ski locker too small for 6 people and too few places to sit and put on ski boots during rush hour.

01/04/2024: Apartment in excellent condition. very well located facing the snow front. Very attentive reception team. Small downside: parking not easy given the crowds!

22/03/2024: Very nice gastronomic address. High-level meals with quality products. A faultless one. The very professional service is to be highlighted as much as the rest! The icing on the cake: the digestive dessert “Le Crapok”. A most refreshing sorbet drizzled with a hint of gènepi. To take!

22/03/2024: Warm setting, frequented by locals. Quality cuisine and service with well-crafted products including foie gras as a starter and Crapok as a dessert.

05/04/2024: We ordered 2 X Tartiflette with charcuterie, 2 mountain burgers and 4 coke zeros. A few days later we looked at the transactions and saw that we had had to pay 160 euros. We look at the menu outside and guess what, it was only 105.20 euros. I had not paid attention to the amount that evening because I had complete confidence that it was correct. Unfortunately I didn't request a ticket. So, please request a ticket in the future and pay attention to the amount. We lost 55 euros as a result. Very disappointed in the case and the course of events. You will never see us there again, that is a fact.
