24/02/2024: We are far from the 5 stars announced Housing side: - an overflow at the back of the fridge in which unidentified liquid was macerating gave us a scent (smell of vomit) throughout the accommodation for 4 days - hairs (certainly human) stuck to blankets - under the unfolded sofa an old magazine, crumbs, and sheep - in the microwave tray and sticky walls - in the bathroom a hook had been removed and was sitting on the edge of the sink, no longer holding in the door. - the hot water tank only had the name because it was probably at the end of the slope or on vacation because there was little pressure and the water varied tirelessly from cold to lukewarm. - in terms of kitchen equipment, don't think about tasting seafood, there is no adequate utensil brought back a 20 cm long knife!! The aquatic area, although pleasant on the site, is far from being as idyllic: - no swimming lifeguard. Only 2 people enforce the rules... half since the majority of the male audience had swimming shorts - the spaces are dirty and unmaintained: leaves, moss and weeds between the slabs, pigeons bathing in remote pools, etc. - the edges of the swimming pools are dirty or completely broken: yellowish color on the linoleum, broken earthenware or tiles, etc. As for security, there is none. The site is constantly open to anyone outside the campsite (barrier raised intermittently) and the children's structures, in particular the inflatable structure, are located outside the campsite at the edge of the car park. It is dangerous for children. Last but not least the animation. I'm not going to say non-existent because there were some... but at a minimum. - 2 mini disco planned per week. For the first time, the reception and the children's club passed the buck. After hanging around the central square and talking with other families, 2 entertainers including the leader announced that the mascot had gone to the wrong campsite and was therefore not available this evening. But be careful she would be available the next evening throughout the entire campsite to wander down each aisle with her cart and loud music. I can still hear him telling us “you won’t be able to miss it”. Result of the count Tuesday 10 p.m. still no trace or sound of Choupette. Missed act probably... no big deal, chef Nicolas confirmed to me on Monday evening when we met him that the rest of the entertainment was well maintained. But my optimism was undermined because the following days there was no trace of the family treasure hunt, the mini disco on Thursday or the pool games on the last day. Oh if I'm bad there was entertainment in the pool on Friday: pool mats and fries (nothing to do with the drawing on the program). I always look for the Thursday night night market!! Go on your way if you were planning to spend an idyllic week
