Very good service, nothing to say. A young man Damien who is very friendly, who is on all fronts
On the other hand, the manager, while this same young man was chatting briefly with a customer, he went to see him and said “Damien, you're not paid to chat”… that's how I know his first name… this same manager who 5 minutes later went to chat with the same customer… anyway. Good luck to the friendly employees who take thoughts from unfriendly “superiors”…

30/03/2024: Disappointing we order 2 menus with 2 sundaes 🍦: given the price I wasn't expecting an ice cream base. I went to the counter to show the ice cream and asked if the level had dropped (the pots were correctly filled before)? Answer no, it's normal, it's the calibration! I'm at another McDonald's today and it seems that the calibration is different. I invite the one in Champniers to consult an ophthalmologist or to review his settings

Incompetent staff unable to serve a correct order.
30 to 45 minutes of waiting even though it's not a rush. Always missing something in the order and unable to read the order, leaving the cheese in the sandwiches even though they have been removed.
Unfriendly staff barely saying hello and speaking badly to people.
We won't go back there again
01/04/2024: Sometimes I am well received and sometimes not, today I was asked to stay outside because I have a service dog for health reasons while a couple of people with their pet dog were in eating inside. I don't understand

It's already started badly with a terminal that doesn't give me my ticket with the order number.
I go to report it, the manager looks at me, doesn't ask me if I need anything and turns his back on me.
Basically, you can take orders from anyone there because no one asks for proof.
The disappointment continued when it arrived at home: salad cooked in the big King.
And finally I asked for an M&M’s ice cream. See the photo of the ice cream without the m&m’s🤬

05/04/2024: Used to this store for many years, where I find everything I need, small structure far from the frenzy of large shopping centers, where cashier (F/M), butchers and cheese makers are pleasant and smiling.
Small downside, I had the feeling of being watched by a member of security (once I arrived at the cash register in particular), and yet I come there EVERY WEEK dropping a good ticket (like many in view of the inflation and more), some hostesses are absolutely not gracious or friendly, we have the feeling of disturbing them on the rare occasions when we need information!!! There's also a lack of smiles in the charcuterie section, and that's a shame.
29/03/2024: Lack of lighting. To buy a special battery you have to put in the flashlight of the cell phone to be able to see if it is the right number

Despite everything, the service is good and the atmosphere too.

Very good attention from the servers.
23/03/2024: The setting is very pleasant on the banks of the Charente. The menu is pleasant and original and everything is made on site with as many local products as possible. The dishes are relatively inventive. The cuisine is excellent. The service needs to be improved because it is approximate and slow. When we report it we respond in an inappropriate tone. The frame is very nice.
