03/04/2024: Great hotel for a stopover. Nice, spacious family room. The simple restaurant is on site in a converted barn. Nice atmosphere. Food was simple but fine. Unfortunately, the waiter gave us the impression that he didn't feel like it. Our French is not good, he couldn't speak English. Every question seemed too much for him. Shame.

02/04/2024: Nice hotel and rooms. Super friendly and welcoming staff. Not great location But above all the food at the restaurant is really disgusting. Hard beef steak (I almost broke a tooth) and ice cream and liquid whipped cream 🤨. Too bad, the team is nice but we see that they are cutting back on the costs and quality of food because of inflation ☹️ …In response to the message from “Management”: Madam, I wasn't planning to respond to you. However, I'm doing it now because the fact that you respond ironically to any review that doesn't give you five stars is disappointing to say the least. By definition, Google reviews are designed to provide feedback on the service received. Your duty is to accept this feedback and use it to improve yourself rather than getting on your high horse in a condescending manner. I would ask you to take a look at the few reviews I have been able to give in recent years and you will see a lot of five stars... so I am not one of those specialized "haters". I have also made many compliments on your staff or rooms. So why not accept that the standard of your restaurant was very low (that day at least). Hoping that you will accept ALL feedback in the future and use it to improve your establishment. Sincerely.
